Refinish Point, official PaintGo distributor for Europe, runs PaintGo Tracker for its network of importers, distributors, sales agents and customers.
What we keep
Your name, work email, role and company; sign-in records (time, device, IP address); the sales and service work you record; for customers, your robots, service history and requests.
Why
To manage PaintGo sales and after-sales service, protect accounts and keep a security audit trail. Contact details and notes are encrypted.
Where
Only in the European Union (Frankfurt). No advertising, tracking or analytics.
How long
As long as you work with Refinish Point. Lost sales leads are anonymised and security logs deleted after the periods set by Refinish Point.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its erasure. Contact Refinish Point HQ.
